The machine is designed to lock the substrate into place, while the vinyl is then hinged around the roller. This innovative design enables a smooth and accurate application every time.

Unique machine design
 The RollsRoller is suitable for a wide range of applications, from flexible face signs and banners to the application of digital prints, application tapes and other self-adhesive materials. Rigid panels can also be used on the machine, making it ideal for trafiic signs.
The unique design means that the roller height can be automatically adjusted to accommodate different substrates of up to 70mm thickness. Height adjustable models are also available.
More flexibility
 Optional mobile extension tables are available if required. This serves to increase the working area, making the Rolls Roller ideal for larger banners and signs.
The RollsRoller can also be custom built to requirements, for example if a larger table and working area is needed.
Each unit is mounted on wheels for mobility.
