Eleven standard models of the RollsRoller are now available, ranging in size from the shortest 280 model, at just 2800mm long x 1450mm wide, to the most popular 540 model at 5400mm x 1700mm through to the longest 1080 model, at 10080mm long x 1700mm wide.

There are six illuminated models and five non-illuminated, with an option of MDF or glass bed on the 280 model. Optional extras include adjustable work height (from 800mm to 1100mm) to accommodate the needs of individual operators so they enjoy a comfortable working position; and extension tables to extend the working area for large banners, flexible skins and signs.

The RollsRoller is a simple and accurate way to apply self-adhesive films or application tapes to many flat and dry substrates. It is suitable for use on flexible face skins and banners, large format digital prints and other self-adhesive materials, as well as rigid sign panels up to 70mm thick. It is easy to install, space saving, time saving, offers increased productivity and efficiency, and provides a safer working environment.

 

Once seen in action, The RollsRoller becomes a ‘must have’ - and once purchased, it becomes indispensable. In fact, a growing number of signmakers have been so delighted with it that they now have more than one machine.
